Cuisine: Inspired by flavors of the Mediterranean and presented with an American flair, the Parkside's selection of inspired cuisine features only the freshest in local meats, produce, and seafood. At the heart of the Parkside' s menu is its authentic, handmade "Labesse Giraudon" rotisserie, which uses a perfected slow-turning process over an open flame, allowing delicacies to baste in their natural flavors and juices. What results are remarkably tender dishes; crisp on the outside with juices seared on the inside, offering a quality of flavor and taste unsurpassed.
Atmosphere: A Manhattan-style bistro in the heart of Providence, the Parkside creates a casually elegant ambiance that is stylish but never pretentious. The warm and inviting dining room - lined witha rich marble and wood framed bar, leather-cushioned seating and splashes of color depicted in hung paintings - offers diners an alluring blend of style and comfort.
